The Partner, when formalizing his order with Apronet Unipessoal Lda, mentioned below "APRONET", accepts these Conditions of Sale, without reservations, considering other clauses to the contrary contained in the order notes as unwritten.

Access to the website is subject to prior approval by APRONET, as well as its suspension if the customer does not make purchases worth more than €250 during 6 Months.
The prices mentioned on the website are subject to VAT and Ecovalor at the current rate.
The goods mentioned in our invoices are sold with reservation of title and therefore remain the property of APRONET, until payment for them. (Art. 409. No. 1 of the Civil Code).
For orders of products under reservation, or as mentioned on our website, “Soon”, the availability date shown is merely indicative, and may change due to various factors, unrelated to APRONET or not, for this reason we do not It is possible to guarantee 100% that delivery will be made on the date shown, however, we will always try to inform the customer if any delay is detected.
The purchase of the product under reservation is only valid after payment.
Delivery times are considered approximate, with APRONET providing the necessary and effective means to ensure that they are completed promptly. APRONET will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the material.
At the service of APRONET, carriers require that any and all incidents detected upon receipt of the goods are recorded in detail in the PDA, in order to request compensation.
It is essential to detail the type of visible damage, for example: damaged volume, dented corner, etc., as well as identifying the volume, APRONET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES that are not reported to the courier upon delivery.

New Products
APRONET guarantees the same warranty for all its products as that provided by the respective manufacturer, starting from the date of the invoice and refers exclusively to manufacturing defects. This warranty ends as soon as there has been intervention or misuse.

Refurbished Products
All refurbished equipment comes with a 1-Year Warranty, unless another type of warranty is mentioned in the product sheet.
StockOFF Products
All equipment presented as StockOff has a 30-day guarantee and cannot be returned, unless it does not present the condition described in the product sheet.
APRONET, through its quality department, determines the condition of refurbished equipment using the following criteria:
[A+] Equipment in excellent condition, which may only present some small risk of poor visibility;
[A] Equipment in good condition, may contain small scratches but without great depth;
[B] Completely functional equipment, may contain scratches/broken/cracked or show increased wear/marks of use;
If the customer wishes to return a certain product, regardless of the type of incident, they must make the request, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt, through the RMA link located in "My Account".
Any commercial return is subject to a charge to compensate for administrative expenses, handling, repackaging of goods and technical services, which will be 10% of the value sold, value excluding VAT.
The request to return the product is subject to prior and free acceptance by APRONET.
After receiving the product and proving that it is in perfect condition, APRONET will issue the respective Credit Note.
The PickUp & Return only applies to refurbished equipment and to mainland Portugal.
You can select the service in the product sheet, with the option of 1 and 2 Years of Warranty, which complements the resolution of the fault, collection and free shipping of the equipment during the purchased period.
APRONET will only grant credit to Customers for whom it has commercial information that it considers sufficiently favorable and whose expected purchasing volume is equal to or greater than €2,500.00/year. Failure to complete a volume of purchases each year in accordance with the limit indicated above may result in the interruption of credit supplies. We can only consider a Credit Sale, as long as its value exceeds €150.00 (excluding VAT).
1. Invoices not paid when due are subject to default interest calculated at the legal rate in force, and a Debit Note will be issued, taking into account the date of receipt of payment in our services.
2. Invoices that are not settled within 30 days after their due date will be subject to a claim being reported to the Credit Insurance Company, without prior notice.
The following payment methods are admissible: Bank Transfer, Over-the-Counter ATM, ATM Ref., Bank Check and Cash.

FAILURE BY THE CUSTOMER TO COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS OF SALE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO DELAYS IN SUPPLY AND MAY EVEN DETERMINE THE SUSPENSION OF NEW SUPPLY.

After approval from the financial department, the customer will have to pay the aforementioned amount by the date the check is received. If this is not done, the check will be deposited again.
To resolve any disputes arising from transactions carried out with APRONET, the court of the District of São João da Madeira is competent.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
